Terms & Conditions - PG Accom

Minimum Stay is for 3 months

Sunday- Lunch at 1.30 pm, no dinner.

Bridge Accommodations has no control over Water Supply; We can only provide storage. In case of shortfall, you need to consult the respective society.

The Society may apply fines & charges, in case of Water Overflow in the apartment

Last day of Notice (Only Written Notice is accepted)- 5th Of the ending month.

Electricity - Upto 100/- per person ; A.C. Rooms have separate Sub-Meters.

Rent Payable- Before 3rd of the month. A fine of INR 100/- per day after 3rd.

Rent has to be paid only by Cheque/DD/Internet. Cash is not accepted. NO cash claims will be entertained.

Holidays for Maid & Food- 1 to 3 in a month; There will be prior intimation in case food holiday. Maid’s intimation may not be given.

 Girls in Boys’ Apartment & Vice Versa- Strictly Prohibited

 Society Rules to be followed strictly.

 The Rental period is from 1st to 31st; no matter when you start your stay.

 Gas Refill is to be done by PG.

 For Friend’s Stay 300/- is charged. A fine of 500/-, in addition to stay charges, if  someone is found in apartment, without prior information. Maximum days-3

 For Laundry, Bridge Accommodations is only a maid provider. We are not responsible for any alterations in the clothes.

 We will not be responsible for any theft / burglary of any item of PG, in or outside the premises, as per the agreement.
